Harry James Smith[2][3] (July 30, 1888 – November 20, 1962) was an American long-distance runner.[4][5] He was most notable for competing in the 1912 Olympics in Stockholm.[6] He was also the father of Hart wrestling family matriarch Helen Hart and the father-in-law of Stu Hart.[7][8]
