Description |
"This portrait was presumably painted in The Hague before the Princess's arrival in London on 25th September 1660, where she was to die three months later. It was perhaps the last portrait of the Princess painted from life by Hanneman, although the head is similar to a portrait in the Scottish National Portrait Gallery." [1] |
