Sid Krofft and Liberace puppet, photograph, 196X; The puppet is from Les Poupées de Paris, which the Krofft brothers toured the U.S. with in the 1960s and which featured in the 1964 New York World's Fair (the publicity release mentioned below talks about it appearing at the World's Fair). The back of the photograph is blank, and a publicity release that appears to relate to it from the same archive, [1] gives more details. (Both appear in the uploads for this file). |
