Jiangdu (Chinese: 江都区; pinyin: Jiāngdū Qū; historically known as Kiangtu) is one of three districts of Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, China. The district spans an area of 1,518.78 square kilometres (586.40 sq mi), and as of November 1, 2020, has 926,577 inhabitants.[2] Formerly a county, Jiangdu became a district in July 1994.
