Sergei Pinchuk

Sergei Mikhailovich Pinchuk (Russian: Сергей Михайлович Пинчук; born 26 July 1971) is an officer of the Russian Navy. He currently holds the rank of vice-admiral, and is commander in chief of the Black Sea Fleet.
