League of Legends Continental League (LCL) (Russian: Континентальная лига по League of Legends, Kontinental'naya liga po League of Legends) is the top level of professional League of Legends competition in Commonwealth of Independent States. There are 8 teams in the competition. Each annual season of play is divided into two splits, spring and summer, both consisting of ten weeks of round-robin tournament play, which then conclude with play-off tournaments between the top four teams. The winners of each split qualifies for the International Wildcard events.
