Kaskazini A District (Wilaya ya Kaskazini A in Swahili) is one of two administrative districts of Unguja North Region in Tanzania.[1] The district covers an area of 229.6 km2 (88.6 sq mi).[2] The district is comparable in size to the land area of Cook Islands.[3] The district is bordered to the north on three sides by the Indian Ocean and to the south by Kaskazini B District.
