Teressa Claire MacNeille (née Payne; born June 20, 1951)[1][2] is an American actress, whose contributed to voice over work with credits including voicing Dot Warner on the animated television series Animaniacs and its revival, Babs Bunny on Tiny Toon Adventures, Chip and Gadget Hackwrench on Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, and Daisy Duck in various Disney media since 1999.
