The 2023–24 season was the 99th season in existence of Olympiacos and the club's 65th consecutive season in the top flight of Greek football. The season covered the period from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.

In addition to the Greek Super League, Olympiacos participated in this season's Greek Cup, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League. The club won the final of the latter competition, becoming the first Greek side to ever win a major European trophy.[1]
