Abhishek Manu Singhvi (born 24 February 1959) is an Indian senior advocate and politician. As politician, he is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) and a former Member of the Parliament of India representing West Bengal in the Rajya Sabha, the Upper House of the Indian Parliament. He is also a spokesperson for the INC.[1] He is one of the senior advocates of the Supreme Court of India.[2]
