Dave Mullins is an American writer, director and animator and co-founder of the Los Angeles-based animation studio ElectroLeague,[1] best known for his animated short film, LOU (2017),[2] for which he received critical acclaim and was nominated for Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film at the 90th Academy Awards.[3] On January 23, 2024, Mullins received his second nomination in that same category, with the short film WAR IS OVER!
