Dustin Blake McDaniel (born April 29, 1972) is an American lawyer and politician who served as the 55th Attorney General of Arkansas from 2007 to 2015. A member of the Democratic Party, he is a founding partner of the law firm McDaniel Wolff, PLLC in Little Rock, Arkansas .[1][2] As of 2024, McDaniel is the last Democrat to have held the office of Arkansas Attorney General.
