A distinction must be made between the Galerie Moos founded by Max Moos, the father, and the Galerie Georges Moos founded by his son in 1941, also in Geneva, which closed its doors in 1986. Several other art galleries have been established around the world by various members of the Moos family: in Karlsruhe, New York, Toronto,[2] and Zurich.[3]
