Hippolyte Mège-Mouriès

Hippolyte Mège-Mouriès (French: [ipɔlit mɛʒ muʁjɛs]; 24 October 1817 – 31 May 1880) was a French chemist and inventor who is famous for his invention of margarine.[1]
