Hugh Montgomery (British Army soldier)

Private Hugh Montgomery (fl.ā1770) was an Irish[2] soldier who served in the 29th Regiment of Foot and was present at the Boston Massacre, for which he was found guilty of the manslaughter of one of the five fatalities, Crispus Attucks.[1]
