Louis F. Haffen

Louis Francis Haffen[1] (November 6, 1854 ā December 25, 1935) was an American engineer and politician who was the first Bronx Borough President. He was elected four times and was known as the "Father of the Bronx." He was a member of the Democratic Party.[2]
