Mistral is an Australian home appliances brand[1][2][3] which manufactures kitchen appliances,[4] heating and cooling fans, air fryers,[5][6] thermo cookers,[7] electronics, and other appliances.[8] Mistral was established in 1968.[9] It is a subsidiary of Gerard Sourcing & Manufacturing.[10]

Mistral has been a sponsor of the Adelaide Crows,[11] and have also sponsored the boat that Jesse Martin used when he held the record as the youngest person to sail around the world solo.[12]
