Sharif Mohammed Ben Elhaj Amezian (Arabic:محند امزيان) also known as Amezian and El Mizzian by the Spanish) was an Arab Qaid (Amghar) of the Rif Tribes and the main figurehead of the Riffian resistance against the Spanish Protectorate of Morocco before Abd el-Krim.[1][2]
