Popasna (Ukrainian: Попасна; Russian: Попасная, romanized: Popasnaya) is a city in Sievierodonetsk Raion, Luhansk Oblast, Ukraine. It is the administrative center of Popasna urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine.[1] In 2018, it was estimated that it had a population of 20,600 people.[2]
