Sophie Jane Raworth (/ˈreɪwɜːrθ/; born 15 May 1968)[1] is an English journalist, newsreader and broadcaster working for the BBC. She is a senior newsreader and is one of the main presenters of BBC News (mainly BBC News at Six and BBC News at Ten). She has been a television presenter for state occasions and has also presented the BBC's Election Night coverage, alongside other presenters.
