Svay Pak (/swaɪ ˈpɑːk/;[1] Khmer: ស្វាយប៉ាក;[2] also called Kilometer 11 and K-11)[3][4] is an urban commune of overseas Vietnamese in Cambodia, north of Phnom Penh.
