Tulsky (Russian: Ту́льский; Adyghe: Еджэркъоежъ, Edžərqoeẑ) is a rural locality (a settlement) and the administrative center of Maykopsky District in the Republic of Adygea, Russia, located on the right bank of the Belaya River (Kuban's tributary) 12 kilometers (7.5 mi) south of Maykop. Population: 10,732 (2010 Russian census);[1] 10,502 (2002 Census);[2] 9,538 (1989 Soviet census).[3]
