Víctor Ezequiel Borda Belzu (born June 12, 1970) is a Bolivian lawyer and politician. He was President of the Chamber of Deputies of Bolivia from January 2019 until his resignation on November 10, 2019, due to the political crisis in Bolivia.[1] He is a deputy for the 34th constituency of the Movement for Socialism in the Potosí Department.
In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Borda and the second or maternal family name is Belzu.
